As a 3x Ironman World Champion Triathlete, I

prioritize my workouts not only for my sport, but for my mental health - stress reduction, better sleep, & increased endorphins! I have recently undergone 2 ankle surgeries within 3 months requiring no weight bearing activity. The inability to do my cardio exercise has been challenging, but I've been able to adapt my cardio & get fantastic strength training workouts with a bit of creativity.

Super fun with a few friends, too!

Cleo Wade's poetry centers around inspiration, affirmations, activism, and female empowerment. This is a passage from her best selling children’s book 'What the Road Said"

.

Which way do I go?

That is your choice to make,

said the Road.

.

But what if I go the wrong way?

The Road curved a little,

almost as if it was giving me a hug, and said, Do not worry. Sometimes we go the wrong way on our way to the right way.

.

The book encourages us to lead with kindness and curiosity, remembering that the most important thing we can do in life is to keep going. The picture in this post is a special edition print of Cleo's favorite line from this book. Click here for IG link for more details.
