All you need is a workout mat or soft carpet and a chair/sofa/ottoman/coffee table you can use for a putting under your feet for a few exercises. If you’d like to use dumbbells, you’re certainly welcome to but definitely not required. The class is for ALL fitness levels - I’ll show plenty of modifications to make it work for everyone!
